To boldly go…

He has his own personal reasons for supporting a change in the law to allow the choice of assisted dying to terminally ill, mentally competent adults, and while it was an honour to spend an hour and a half with one of my favourite actors, when talking about what he could do for the campaign it made me realise that each and every one of us has the same power and the same responsibility when it comes to this campaign. We asked Sir Patrick to speak to his MP, something we can all do, we asked him to speak to his friends about joining the campaign, again, something we can all do, and we asked him to speak out about his reasons for wanting to see a change in the law. Whether you are a film star or not you can do all of the things that are needed to change the law so please: write to your MP, talk to your friends, and tell your story, and together we can ‘make it so’.
