Dignity in Dying AGM 2013

The year for change

At this year’s AGM we will hear from (amongst others):

  • Lord Falconer on the contents of the Assisted Dying Bill and the next steps in Parliament
  • Rabbi Jonathan Romain MBE on the newly formed group Interfaith Leaders for Dignity in Dying
  • Professor Ray Tallis, Chair of Healthcare Professionals for Assisted Dying, on the changing attitudes to change amongst the healthcare professional bodies

The day will also provide a valuable opportunity to raise questions or float ideas about the campaign, network with supporters, and hear from Dignity in Dying staff on how you can play a crucial part in this year‘s campaign in the House of Lords.

We need your help

The active participation of our supporters is vital to the success of the campaign and we would like as many people to attend as possible – please do invite like-minded friends or family if you feel they would be interested.

The AGM is free and lunch will be provided. The day will begin at 11am and finish at 3.30pm, and will be held at the Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre in Westminster, across the road from the Houses of Parliament.
