Dr Jacky Davis

Dr Jacky Davis is a consultant radiologist specialising in paediatric and breast imaging at Whittington Hospital, where she has worked since 1982. She is a founding member of ‘Keep our NHS Public’ and Co-Chair of the NHS Consultants’ Association. She has sat on the BMA Council since 2006 and the BMA Medical Ethics Committee since 2015. Jacky lectures around the world on the NHS and is a regular contributor to The Guardian, BMJ and Open Democracy. She co-authored the book NHS SOS. The campaign to change the law on assisted dying is close to Jacky’s heart, following her brother, Kevin’s, death after suffering with terminal renal cancer.
